My salesman Jerry was very informative and offered a lot of different options. The entire staff are very professional down to the delivery men. It was great doing business with this company. My hot tub was not due in until late December early January. To my surprise It arrived more than one month ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Half Price Hot Tubs if your in the market to buy one!!

After some initial delays caused by COVID related supply chain issues my tub is now scheduled for delivery once again. The guys at Half Price really picked up the communications this week and I am optimistic that our tub will be delivered as scheduled. I know that there is nothing retail businesses can do about supply chain challenges right now except for maintaining communications with customers. I will upgrade my rating if the tub shows up when scheduled.

We purchased a hot tub from this company and it was delivered in May 2021. We waited a long time for the hot tub (this was on us) and were very excited to finally receive it…until we inspected it upon delivery.
The tub was delivered with scratches and gouges in the top of the tub, the wrong cover, there were multiple holes in two side panels (that look like the cover was installed incorrectly). If I was a betting woman I would think it was a used tub.
We contacted the owner, Keith, who did come and inspect the tub. I was told at the time of inspection that we received the last model in stock

We scheduled a hot tub repair assessment appointment. It was cancelled the day of, due to the technician having personal issues. It was rescheduled for several weeks later. OK... these things happen. The second appointment was a success and they charged $125 to come out to assess our spa for a repair. The repair guys were very nice and knowledgeable. They do deserve one star for that. After that it went downhill. We agreed to the repair estimate (and the initial $125 would be credited toward the labor charge). A repair date was set. On repair day, they called and said they would not be coming because

Update: All issues have been resolved
Our tub was delivered four months after the scheduled date. During the delivery, the hot tub was dropped and dragged to the location scratching the acrylic, breaking off a side panel, and damaging the electronic panel. For SIX months, the company has not fulfilled repair commitments.
