Little late in posting this, but I used New Neighbors Moving last weekend to move apartments here in Grand Rapids. Brian and Carl were kind, gracious, and professional. I did my best to pack as neatly as possible (but, best laid plans, ya know?) and they did great with my differently packaged and sized belongings. I had been having some difficulty with my Internet leading up to the move, and Monique (hope I spelled this correctly) was great and responsive in trying to send the info to different email addresses and texted it to me (it was definitely my Internet causing problems). She was patient

They came to move some refrigerators and I was impressed at the professionalism they took to the approach. They were careful with the walls and the floors. There were times that because the door was not big enough, they took the doors out from the fridge and carefully put it back together. Jason and team were friendly and respectful. They were creative in solving challenges with tight spaces and got the job done very well.

New Neighbors moving company did an AMAZING job packing for my move!! They were early prompt and very fast, yet thorough and careful to wrap everything for security. I moved over this past weekend and Jaisen and his associate were amazing. They were very professional and prompt. I was also very shocked by how quickly they did the job! They even offered suggestions of where I should place my furniture in my new home. I have used various moving companies in the past and this was by far my best experience. I would highly recommend them if you need a company that will assure protection and safety of your furniture and a company that is reasonably priced.

Our representative complimented the job they did and they were done very quickly. They even sourced boxes and moving supplies for me since I am out of state! My experience with U-Save Moving was top notch. I had so many other things going on with my move that hiring movers slipped my mind. Despite my ridiculously short notice, Jay was able to schedule me in the next day.The two-man crew showed up right on time and immediately got to work. Like a lot of the reviewers have said, everyone was very friendly and professional. They were also incredibly fast and efficient so what would've probably taken me a day of loading up my car and doing multiple back and forth trips ended up being a quick 2 hour move. I would recommend U-Save Moving to anyone that needs
