I have a hard time believing the positive reviews for this company. They have LITERALLY changed my delivery appointment 4 times!!! They completely stood me up the first time and never called me to notify me, or to reschedule, etc. The promised I would have it before the weekend which didn't happen. I was told they don't deliver to my area Mondays, so Tuesday is the next soonest. I just got a call saying it needs to be Wednesday - "The driver can't be on the road tomorrow" is what they tell me. Completely insane! Don't ship with this company!!!!

I live in one of those houses on a hill with insane stairs leading to the porch and I was very worried how I would get the couch being delivered into my living room. The delivery guy went up the driveway, then lifted the sofa into the yard, like, by hand. Super nice guy, so, so grateful he brought the giant box into the house for me. I'd give more stars if I could.
