I cannot give these installers at Modern Window Systems enough incredible accolades for the excellent job they did! They were on time, a pleasure to have in my home, very respectful, worked continuously and hard to install 6 windows, a sliding door, and remedied a problem left by my previous contractor beautifully! The company itself was a pleasure to do business with along with extremely competitive prices. I only wish I had more windows that needed installing to have this remarkable experience again!

If I could give 6 stars I would. They are one of those exceptional companies that all the things: local, small (family-feel), eco-responsible, accountable, fastidious, and enjoyable to have in my home. I don't say this about many subs.They not only provide an excellent service but extremely beautiful craftsmanship as well. They have, window by window, transformed our home. Modern Window Systems has been one of the best companies we have worked with. From the initial appointment to completion of the product, it has been a very pleasant experience. I am glad I requested a quote from a company that knows how to treat customers with complete disdain. The woman who came out to do the 'quote' demanded to know who else I had a quote from and then wanted to know why I didn't just go with one of the other companies that had given a quote. She wanted to know the amount of the other quotes. I gave her an estimate of what I wanted to pay. It was obvious that she believed that Modern Windows was not interested in providing service to me. I requested she provide a quote by email - as all the other companies had done. I was promised one and didn't get

The entire Modern Window Systems team did a great job. I got quotes from several companies, and I decided to go with Modern Window Systems based on the interaction I had with Hanna. From there, the team did a great job communicating and getting everything in place. It took about 7 weeks to get the windows fabricated, and the team got the entire house done in 1 day. My windows were the original 100 year old windows in the house, and this is certainly a great upgrade. Hanna also followed up after the job was done to make sure it was done to my satisfaction.
