Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Our builder purchased our windows from View Point, I have reached out numerous times to get help on our terrible screens. The tabs are all rotted that you use to remove them. I have reached out to the Service Manager, Jeff, multiple times to no avail. I do not recommend them if you expect service after the build!

If you care about employees wearing masks, don't go here. Don't be fooled by the sign on the door. We just went and the woman working the desk didn't bother to wear a mask even though we were masked. She also didn't bother to distance as we spoke.
Before coming in, we called at least five times (during business hours) and never reached a real person or received a call back.
Finally, during our visit today, there wasn't one salesperson in house to help us with our questions.
Very disappointed with the whole experience.

Kacey Broderick finished installing the windows we had ordered. There is an additional two that have been ordered that were not on this order. He did an outstanding job and was most informative and pleasant in answering any question we had. We are very pleased with the installation, and the windows are beautiful.

If some one from Viewpoint reads this please take heed. Your company is in dire need of people that know what they are doing. I will never refer anyone to you and you can call me anytime to discuss why. Pass blame all you want. The fact is you do not support the product you sell. I am ashamed for you.

We were extremely pleased with the products and service offered by Viewpoint. Ty was personable and caring and didn't just try to sell us windows but took the time to evaluate our issues and offer us options. His measurements were spot on and the installation team headed by Jack and Dale were conscientious, knowledgeable and very neat. We would definitely use Viewpoint again and would recommend them without any hesitation.

I've installed my own windows, doors, and sliding glass doors for the past 10 years. I do that because it saves money and I want it to look good when it's done. Too often, "professional" means "rapid", but not necessarily quality.
I haven't had the time I need for some projects lately, so I decided to look for help.
View Point did a great job - I'm amazed at what they were able to do with the install. Also, I found the prices to be very reasonable. There were some tricky spots dealing with the install of my front door, and the craftsmanship and care taken during the install was amazing. Also

My home is 10 years old, and had a front door that was popular 20 years ago. We decided to update with a knotty alder solid wood door, and not only found that View Point has access to the largest selection, but their prices made this a very easy decision. Once delivered, the door needed some custom fitting, and the installer was extremely thorough and very professional. He even took a look at my other exterior doors to make sure everything was closing correctly. He was not put out at all to do everything right. We've had our door up for a couple weeks now, and still find it surprising how much

We replaced all the windows in our historic home. Greg was able to help us understand which windows would meet Historic District Preservation guidelines and step us through the permit process. During the installation process, Michael did a magical job on a home built in 1902 where nothing is level or square. Despite the challenges that provided, our windows work and function perfectly!
Thank you guys, it was a pleasure working with both of you!
