I accidentally ran over the Freon pressurized pipe for the ac with my lawn mower. On a Sunday of course. I was so upset, calling everywhere I could to get quotes. Every place I called, and it was a ton of places available 24/7, quoted me at at least $1600 and said it would take hours to replace and they couldn’t get to it same day. Called Duncan, they were here within the hour, fixed it within an hour and charged me $561. They are amazing! Will forever use this company!!!! So kind, helpful, fast, trustworthy, and they don’t take advantage of you and price gouge. Thank you, Duncan!!!!

There was water leaking into the garage. Dustin came over not too long after I called. I thought the water heater needed replacing because it wouldn't heat up, but Dustin quickly determined that the water heater could be fixed easily, which he did. The leaking, however, came from the air conditioner. He was able to get it all taken care of.

Fantastic company and really seems to understand and care for their customers. Had an issue with our AC on Labor Day. Called Duncan and Steve arrived at my home within an hour. Steve asked a few questions and had identified the issue within 30 minutes. We were presented several option for repair along with pros/cons of each. Ultimately we decided to go with the more expensive repair that would extend the life of the entire system and not just replace the failed component.
We will be using Duncan for our AC service and repair work in the future!

They rescued us from a bad situation caused by Lowery plumbing. Lowery had insisted our unit needed to be replaced inside and out because it was bad (it is 5 years old). They said we could try putting a new motor in ($700) but not worth it on such a damaged unit. Said it would run us $7,500-$10,000.
Duncan rep said the unit was in decent condition and repaired the motor. All for $400, inclulding the call out fee. If we'd started with them we would have saved $500. They were professional, helpful, saved us a LOT of money and basically lifesavers. They have made us customers for life. We will

I rarely do reviews at all. But Considering how this company saved my Family today I felt the need to do as such. I called, and im not exaggerating, over 20 companies on my Friday Morning when I Noticed my AC was out and blowing Hot air. I got blown over by every one of them telling me they can get to me maybe on Monday. Its 109 Degrees outside and you want me to wait for the weekend? On and On it went, until we Came across Duncan and they Said they would take care of us. I Kid you not 10 Minutes later they called me letting me know a tech had finished early and was on his Way. Very professional

Been waiting n the restaurant business over 30 years — I can tell you there is no better group for being “straight up” with plumbing and HVAC. They do business the old fashioned way and always back their work.

I was charged 112.50$ for the technician to come out to my home and pull a part out in 2 seconds. He stated I needed the part replaced , when I asked how much the part was he stated it was 140$. I paid the bill and come to find out the part would only cost around 20$ if I went to get it myself. Be very careful with this company!!
