Called on a Sunday to have a clog fixed. The first time I called they were very sweet and attentive on the phone and said they would have someone out right away. 3 1/2 later I called to inquire about an ETA and a gentleman answered and said “Oh we won’t be able to come out today ma’am”. I said that this was not what the first gentleman had said, and he said “well one technician is out of town, one lives in Levelland and had all of the gear, but can’t do it today.” I asked why they couldn’t call and tell me that this couldn’t be done today, and they said “well the guy you talked

I met Dusty about 12 years ago. Over the years I have had to replace entire HVAC, faucets, water lines and snake lines multiple times (old house). Today is Sunday, Valentine's. We came home and heater was out (7 degrees outside). I called and he was here quickly and got us up and running in minutes. Plumbing Service has always been this way. Prompt, courteous, reasonable and cleans up. There's no one else I would trust/call for any plumbing/HVAC service.

All the guys here are great and they're always able to help you quickly, efficiently, and make sure you understand the problems.
