If you look closely at the grout in between your floor tiles, you will see that it's not a flat surface. Grout is a porous material made up of many holes. When dirty water sits on top of material such as this, all that dirt and grime seeps into those holes and crevices and just stays. You want your floors to look the best they can, but you also want them to be as clean as possible.
Yes, vacuuming the dry soil is the most important step before a cleaning. Almost 80% of soil can be removed by vacuuming. We recommend vacuuming at least twice a week or more, this will help the longevity of your carpet. If you are unable to vacuum prior to your carpet cleaning appointment, our technicians will vacuum for an additional fee.

Jeff has cleaned two of my houses now and I'm always beyond impressed. The most recent house was today. The carpets haven't been cleaned in at least the last 10 years. I wish I took some before and after pictures because you would have to see it to believe it. I was about to replace the carpet all together but now it stays. Thank you for saving us so much time and money. worth every penny.

I am so pleased with North County Carpet Cleaning. Started with a quick phone response to my online inquiry. Got the information I needed along with an appointment right away. Jeff was at my house a few minutes early and walked through with me to discuss my concerns about a couple of areas on my carpet. The carpet came out better that my expectations. Jeff had been up-front and honest about one area of the carpet that he was not certain would come clean, but he worked his magic an the entire carpet looks great.
