Met at Century Plumbing service tech this morning out in public, when asked to where a mask in another business, his response was "mind your own business or we can step outside." He walks out to his CP van, and continues to goad and provoke a fight to illustrate the rightness of not wearing a mask in public.

Just had a guy in a Century Plumbing fleet van, drive past me in excessive speeds, while flipping me the bird. I cannot speak for Services provided. But if Century Plumbing's customer service is anything like the experience that I had just received from another vehicle, I would not choose this service for any Plumbing work.

Century is responsive, professional, honest and a great value. Long story short, I tried to use Bob Hamilton to handle an urgent plumbing need because I didn't think I could get another plumber out the same day. Bob Hamilton performed a simple cartridge replacement where I provided the parts for $389 (and that was after I used a $50 coupon and signed up for some bogus monthly service arrangement that I now have to mess around with canceling). Bob Hamilton gave me quotes for other services that needed to be performed, as well. We called Century to get another estimate on those services. They came
