Chris Wilson and team got me out of a bind when I got a Friday evening call from a new tenant who was without hot water. I had just closed on the property and knew the hot water heater would need to be replaced soon but I didn’t expect it to fail quite that soon. Chris responded and committed to a service call immediately. I couldn’t be happier with the response time, the turnkey service and professionalism. Zach and lane have gone the extra mile for us. When we’ve had issues they’ve taken the time to talk to us and make sure we’re happy. If you’re looking for a company you can trust I would highly recommend Mac Wilson.
Update 4 Aug 2020: Zach and Lane came back out to install a single basin sink for us and did such a nice job that I felt I should show the work here. Ignore the old sealant (I asked them to leave it so I could do a little cleanup of our counters as a whole). Stunning install and took less than two hours.

I was contacted by Mac Wilson Plumbing, after I posted my need for a water heater replacement. Donna; who was pleasure to work with, listened to me, and got me in touch Zach. We talked about what was going on with my existing water heater and determined that it was past its prime. Donna had told me that they installed Ruud Professional model heaters... not the type that is sold at the big box stores.
