Michael has over 30-years' experience in the HVAC & plumbing industries, starting in Demopolis, Alabama. In 2004, Michael joined a well-known mechanical contracting company here in Pensacola, FL, but his dream has always been to have his own mechanical/plumbing contracting business.

The pilot light went out on my hot water heater yesterday. I didn't notice it until this morning. I started calling around 10 o'clock. I was given a call back about 1030 letting me know that they will be able to have someone out that day! When the two men arrived, Ben and DJ, they were very professional. They were able to quickly evaluate what was wrong with the hot water heater and they were able to get it to work good enough until the new part gets here and they will come back and finish the job. I was very impressed with the service price and efficiency of this company!

Over the course of two months they made three trips to our home to do various repairs. Ronnie and his crew were outstanding. Today Wesley
Paterson came to repair our heater. He was friendly, professional, followed our requested COVID protocol and despite having to make a two hour trip to get the part finished the job and was on to another.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Gulf Breeze and Pensacola area. We are expecting temps in the low 30's the next couple of nights so he made our Christmas more enjoyable. Thank you.

They are a Blessing! My air system stopped producing cool air and I had a company come out to look at it, they told me that I had to get an entirely new system in which I couldn't afford. As a last result, I contact Elite Mechanical System in Pensacola Florida, to see if I could receive any type of help. I have a Severely Autistic 22-year-old son that couldn't understand why the house was so hot and why he had to be confined to parts of the house in order to be cooled by just a floor air conditioner, this was very uncomfortable for him.
