My daughters home was hit by the recent tornado in Ozark Mo, we had no idea what do or who to call, this company was working on the neighbors home that next morning and stepped up and started fixing my daughter's as well they tarped the roof temporarily fixed the plumbing and electrical, removed all the wet drywall and carpeting and debris outside all that same day so she could be in her home I cant say enough about their professionalism and kindness I would highly recommend them for anything.

I worked with Mike after that nasty storm hit Springfield last summer. He helped me take care of everything from start to finish. He truly cared about making sure I knew everything that was going on with my insurance company and explained all the repairs as they were happening. I felt comfortable leaving my house in his hands. I highly recommend calling Mike if you ever have any type of problems with your house, especially if you have to deal with your insurance company.

Rich and his team made my house look great just by changing the roof and gutters. He helped me pick out a great color combination that I love! His workers were courteous and cleaned up very well when they were done. Rich even walked around after the crews left to make sure there weren't any nails that were left on the ground. I have a dog and was very worried about nails.

I was referred to Rich when a bad hail storm came through our neighborhood. He was able to take care of all my insurance paperwork with me and made sure my roof was repaired the right way. Two months after the job was done, I noticed a small bump in my roof. Rich came out right away and fixed the problem on the spot. Really great person to work with!

Rich with Nav was a great help with my insurance claim. He was able to work with my insurance company to make sure I was getting the right amount to have the repairs completed, and he oversaw all the work as well. After the work was done (new roof, gutters and interior drywall work), he took care of all the paperwork so I didnt have to worry about it! I never filed a claim with my insurance company before and was nervous, but with Rich’s help it was really easy. He’s working with my mom now too!
