Rich and Bob Kramer grew up under the watchful and meticulous eye of their father, Charles, who also learned the trade from his father, Louis. The three-generation legacy started with Louis' simple desire to provide skilled carpentry services to support his family and give his sons a future. The business grew in size and expertise in Iowa for many decades before Rich, Bob, and Charles relocated to Springfield, Missouri, in 1991.
