I would not hire this company to water my house plants. My family contracted them to do extensive repairs on a vacation home in Dauphin Island. A promised three month job turned into eleven months. Excuses, and more excuses. They complained about not being paid when they had not submitted invoices. They did not return my calls asking for updates. When working inside during the summer, they turned A/C down to 60 degrees and left it there when they left (cost us in electricity). Their rubbish dumpster left a scarred place in the yard. They claimed to be waiting for a French door for a replacement

I am a Senior Citizen and if you ever want to be treated with honesty on a project, consider calling M&T Construction and Painting. I am so grateful for their completion of damages to my home.
I also want to thank Matthew for his patience with my persistent questioning. My sister finally texted me to "get out of the way and let the contractors do their job." I did and it couldn't have worked out better. The completed project looks so great that I can hardly believe my eyes.

I highly recommend M and T Contracting to anyone who has a To Do list including a wide variety of jobs! Matthew and his team have done a great deal of work for me over the past weeks, from electrical to carpentry to building a platform for a resin shed I have and putting the shed back together for me. Their prices are very reasonable and they are incredibly responsive, especially in this tense time of COVID-19 pandemic. I will use M and T Contracting for all my home improvement needs and will recommend them to all my friends and family!!

We had a house fire so the process was long and slow. Not because of the construction but because of dealing with the insurance. M&T Went over and beyond to meet our needs.
