Brad came out and took care of the multiple wasps nest around the house and sprayed our exterior for the millipedes that like to make their way in. Each staff member I spoke with was nice and informative and we had them service us within a couple days of us setting up our account.

I have been using 855 Bugs since 2017. I'm on the quarterly plan, and I couldn't be happier. The price is affordable and the service is outstanding. When I moved into a home with an existing infestation, they were extremely helpful--and quick--getting things resolved. They are professional, responsive, courteous, and friendly. Started with them when I moved into the house and found Wasps in the chimney and all around the house. They can out that day took care of everything, came back and did a recheck the following week. I then got set up on quarterly service which is great. They remember so I don't have to. They have always been prompt, professional and do great work.

100% recommend! We had a small termite scare and they got us into their schedule ASAP. Spent all the time we needed with us and answered my millions of questions! Never once did I feel like an inconvenience

Robby came out this morning to do the inside and outside . Best exterminator in the world. He brightens this old ladies day. Couldn’t be nicer . I recommend the contract where they come every three months for outside. Didn’t have a bug all summer. Great people and do such a great job. Robby is the best👍Give them a call.

The service manager and staff here are very prompt and thorough. I had many concerns with rodents and they have helped eliminate all my concerns and have taken all the steps in getting rid of them. They were always helpful in answering any of my questions and came to my home whenever asked. I appreciate their service and will continue to work with them in the future if needed.

855Bugs was very quick to respond, and they also sent people out quickly to spray our home in Waco. I called on a Sunday morning and they sent two people out on a Tuesday at noon. One person sprayed the entire outdoor 1/2 acre property, and the other sprayed the entire indoors. The previous week, we had seen 5 large cockroaches in our new home. 855Bugs said we would likely see a few more 2 days after since they are trying to run away from the spray that they just put out throughout the home. Co would not honor 1 year warranty after only 60 days or provide promised certificate. They were very unapologetic and would not come back. I spoke with both the initial technician Zach and with receptionist Casey. So far, no resolution in sight.
