Called GGA Pest Management Services on a Monday because we found a honey bee nest in our tree in the front yard. I was told that the beekeeper would not be available until Thursday. I told them we would not be home on that day. I was told they would contact the beekeeper to see if he could work us into his schedule. Thankfully Tommy could. Tommy came out that afternoon to check to see what would be needed to remove the bees. To ensure that most of the bees would be in their nest Tommy said he would be back around sunset. Tommy returned around sunset and safely removed the bees. Tommy let us know

We had a really bad ant infestation pop up after heavy rains and GGA came out the next day. The technician, Tommy, was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything that he recommended to be used and by request, they sent me the safety data labels on all the products applied to the house. I appreciate that they used just enough chemicals to get the job done but limited applications to reduce contact with kids and pets. Great service!

Tommy was extremely courteous and professional. He was very concerned and actually did a short notice follow up visit to take care of some residual bees. I've been using GGA for the past 3-4 years for termite eradication and yearly inspections. So very pleased with the service and attention to detail this company provides! This spring/summer I had an infestation of fleas and gave GGA a call to see if they could help. I live out in the county on a large acre lot and wasn't sure they could help me.

We had Tommy come out to do an inspection and give us a quote for whole house protection for pest & termite prevention. Tommy was able to help us with quite a few areas that needed to be addressed, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I called GGA Pest Management to check out termite damage that had been uncovered by my remodeling contractor. Kurtis Heady came by the next day and went over the area thoroughly by scraping off old termite tunnels, inspecting the open walls, and probing the damaged joists. Deep breath, and then -- no live insects in my bathroom! He also checked my kitchen, where he pointed out that the inspection stickers under my kitchen sink showed that the house had been treated 10 years ago. Good to know! GGA came to house and left quote. I selected to use GGA. Salesman extremely nice and knowledgeable. In writing the order the salesman asked if I wished to use automatic withdrawal. I shared that I did not, that I would pay for service at time of actual service. I was told this was ok.
Day before service was to start the salesman came out to share that I must either use automatic withdrawal or pay for one full year in advance, paying for service at time of service was no longer an option. Seemed like a bait and switch to me. Why would anyone pay a full year in advance, unless given a reward

Talk about qualified! How many pest control companies have a PhD at the helm? Add that Fred has proven his honesty and integrity for decades and you have GGA Pest Management. I asked him what GGA stood for. Mr. Huffman, said it could stand for a lot of things, but the one that stood out to me was God's Green Acres. Highly recommended.
