I was taking care of by a manager name Adriana. I'd have to say with the special order that I had that she was able to help me faster and better than any other Home Depot I've been to. I definitely be going back here!!

We hired Blue Diamond for a major interior remodel. Their project managers were extremely inattentive, frequently not supervising the work and not giving instructions to subs, and their workers and subs did poor quality work. When we were dissatisfied with the quality, instead of repairing the shoddy installations under warranty they offered us a discount in exchange for signing a settlement agreement which would relinquish our rights to posting negative reviews online. They appeared to have this agreement readily available as a form-letter as it was quickly sent to us when we started sending complaints

We contacted Blue Diamond for a bathroom remodel and they were great to work with and did an super job. From the beginning, Richard gave us some valuable design input that we decided to go forward with. Also, Elizabeth Fletcher gave us input on colors and materials. Naturally we were overwhelmed with all the choices and she was thorough and easy to work with. The work crews were all considerate, kind, professional and thorough. Maxwell was patient with us when we had a few minor changes and additions to the project. We are very pleased with how our beautiful bathroom turned out.

Blue Diamond was great. They fixed a plumbing leak in our ceiling same day and came out on the weekend to patch the drywall from the plumbing repair. I felt like they went the extra mile to provide great customer service. Will use them again.

We are grateful to have found Blue Diamond for a shower remodel. They came to us not only highly recommended by a realtor friend but also by “Best of the Best listing” and by “”Houzz” Our former shower was constructed poorly by another company and as a result, we had ugly uplifted tiles and a termite invasion. Blue Diamond understood the need to start and complete the remodel in a timely manner. We were informed each step of the way and so we knew what to expect. They did a great job.
Since we are renting, they installed blinds in the house that were not ordered through them, but from another source. They made sure that everything fit and was done properly.
When I ran into a couple of issues with the blinds afterward, I called them, and they came back the next morning first thing and figured out all of the problems and made sure that everything was working properly.
They were also very friendly and helpful in our communications. Maxwell was the person that I communicated with, and he was very friendly and helpful.
