Working with Jonathon Sprinkle and his staff was easy for our water leak repair and remodel. Jonathon put together a bid that was reasonable and easy to understand. He had great ideas for our project. He was able to start quickly. He had multiple crews that replaced sheetrock, doors, flooring, lighting, granite counters and a vanity and painted everything. Everything was well done, we couldn't even tell that work was done, it looked seamless. There was a minor adjustment afterwards that had to be made and it was no problem to get it remedied quickly. I wish I could write a review about their work, however, they never even got back to us with a quote. Incredibly unprofessional.
Johnathon Sprinkle came out to our house on a Thursday to give us a quote for paint, floors and bathroom remodel. He told us he would have the quote back by Monday. We eventually heard back from him AFTER my husband emailed him to find out what was going on. Johnathon apologized and said he would have it later that week. It has now been two weeks since his visit and we still do not have a quote. Very frustrating and, as I said before, incredibly unprofessional.

Great service through and through! If you're fed up with contractors and handy-men not showing up, being rude or unreliable - use these guys. Communication was clear throughout, so we were kept up to date with the project throughout the process. We always knew who was going to be on site, as well as any changes to the original plan we should consider. For a seamless, stress-free (or as much as a remodel can be!) process, I can't recommend ICS enough!
