Cannot say enough good things about Lakemist Homes! We have built 6 new construction homes with various builders over time and our experience with Lakemist was the best. Lakemist designed and built our home in 2016 and we could not have been happier with the whole experience from the assistance and advice with selecting a lot, the custom design of the home and the professionalism and personal interaction during the build. Everyone from the president of the company to the foreman assigned to our project was actively engaged in the project and design and made us feel like we were their number 1 priority. 4 years later we continue to love our home and appreciate the craftsmanship and quality more and more. Lakemist Homes completely exceeded our home building expectations. From finding a lot, to design decisions, to closing escrow, every step of the way was a great experience. Aaron, Colin, Nichole and the whole Lakemist team were honest and genuinely cared about our process. They had great advice on things we might have otherwise overlooked and regretted later and just continually went above and beyond. What’s more, our home was beautifully built!
