I know about this company from the Diamond Certified Book. It took approximately 3 days for him to return my initial call. This is pretty average apparently when you are dealing with a construction company, although I have seen a few who are way more responsive than the average. I scheduled for an estimate on Thursday.
One day before the scheduled estimate day, he called to reschedule because his schedule got too busy on Thursday. This is getting a bit annoying although since it is the first occurence, I still can tolerate it.

We highly recommend Robert, based on our experience hiring him for two projects at our home. Here's what we can say about him:
Responsiveness--it's never hard to get a hold of Robert, he always answers the phone or returns calls within the hour. He's good at explaining things without making you feel dumb. He's a great listener and is friendly and easy to communicate with.
Quality of work--we've had Robert install three skylights, they've all been through extensive rainstorms without issue, they look great.
