We had a very frustrating experience with Guida after they were highly recommended to us. Sales came out and we picked everything, and this went smoothly. The lead time kept growing and growing and no one ever communicated this to us. They blamed it on shortages in materials, understandable, but there was zero communication except for when I had to reach out to them multiple times. One door was defective and had to be replaced, which took another 6+ weeks to replace. They hounded me for the money before the job was completed "since you already have a door up even though it needs to be replaced

The Guida team Amazing!! I needed professional assistance with purchasing my front doors. Brett, my sales consultant showed up on time and very knowledgeable about Guida products. He made my purchase less stressful. Mike installed my doors and beautified the front of my home. He is highly skilled and detail oriented. I would highly recommend Guida. I had an entry door and windows installed and the entire process was stress free. My sales representative was knowledgeable and kept in contact throughout the process. All service dates and product expectations were met. The installation teams did a great job. Both the windows and doors look great. All house visitors have commented on how nice the new door is. We are working with Guida to get new exterior doors replaced, and it has been such an amazing process so far. Brian and Alexis have been really friendly and nice, answering all of our questions and more. We are finally excited to do a house project, rather than dreading it like our other ones, and that's thanks to Guida being awesome. They have a beautiful selection of doors, and the door quality looks great. I've only heard great things about their installers as well, so I'm excited to see how that goes and will update my review next year!

All aspects of our dealings with Guida Door & Window Co. were excellent from start to finish. Our sales consultant, Brett was well informed, courteous and professional. He even called us on a Saturday to address a pre-production issue. He was upfront with explaining both the products and the cost and Guida delivered our doors weeks ahead of schedule. We purchased a new fiberglass door to replace the old door leading to our backyard. It was our first time purchasing a door and we were boggled by the number of decisions to make. Our sales person was patient and took the time to review our choices. He also communicated information about the timeline. Everyone that I had the pleasure of dealing with was so so kind and accommodating, friendly, understanding, went over and beyond. There was not one single person that I came in contact with at Guida that did not treat me like I was the only customer in the world. The doors, OMG, the doors. So this is a bit of a story but worth it in my opinion. I live in Philadelphia with a roof deck and door access. The old door had problems and needed to be replaced so I called Guida and a sales representative came by for a consultation. After I decided on a door we had a date and time for the install. After placing my order I was promptly notified that due to the size of the door it needed to be special ordered and the materials it had to be made out of were a premium- the door materials were upgraded at no charge. A few months after the original installation I noticed there were leaks developing

We had a custom door put in last year, it was a mostly seamless process, and they did a nice job with it in just a few hours. After a year (and a few days after the warranty expired) we were having an issue opening the storm door. I called Guida, they had someone come out within a couple days and the problem was fixed, at no cost to me. Our door is as good as new now, and the issue seemed to be a rare one. I would recommend Guida to anyone needing to replace their door or storm door!

Although the salesman who came out was knowledgeable and friendly, he and his supervisor refused my request to purchase a door only and not an entire front of my house like THEY wanted me to.I needed windows also,but I decided not to purchase anything from them at all. Im tired of companies like this who wont try just a little harder to accommodate a future customers request. Every company wants "great" reviews, but few are willing to go that extra mile to earn it just like Guida.

I had a chance to talk to Ronnie at Guida and while their approach doesn't work for my situation, I understand how they operate. They're not for everyone, especially for a rental property when cost is a key factor. Since we never used them, I can't give them 5 stars, but they seem to be an above-board company and would give them a chance to quote on a project if the right opportunity presented itself.

Guida installed a door in the rear of my house. I had wanted to replace the old door only because I wanted a doggy door. There were no other problems with the existing door. I talked at length with the salesperson about the need for a doggy door that was secure -- i.e. one that could be locked shut. He assured me it would be secure.
When they installed the door, it was clear upon inspection that the doggy door panel was not secure. The cover is made of plastic. Not only that, but the workmanship for the door installation was poor. In the interior of the house, the molding was replaced incorrectly

We bought three doors (front double panel, back, and basement) from Guida and they were installed last week. The doors look beautiful and work smoothly. The salesman was excellent--very clear and helpful and not pushy. The installers did meticulous work. Referred to Guida by Pella (when they determined their products wouldn't work for us) and had two replacement doors and two storm doors installed. Everyone - from sales staff in Boothwyn to installers - were professional and took the time to make sure I was fully informed about what isn't a small expense. Doors look great! Feeling more secure already and can't wait to see our heating bills go down next winter! Extra points for being able to tolerate a nosy cat and my mother with Alzheimer's.
