We just moved to the area and needed new sliding doors. Everyone that I spoke to was honest, upfront and transparent. The doors took about 5 months to arrive and within a week they were installed. I work from home so I got to see the process from start to finish. Mitch and Sam were fabulous. They cleaned up after all was done. IF YOU CAN LOVE A DOOR, WE LOVE BOTH OF OURS! THANK YOU.

The team from Thermal Quality did a great job. The sales person was helpful in selecting our windows and door. The 2 folks who did the installation were friendly, professional, efficient. They were careful to leave the alarm cords, so we could have the system reconnected. They paid attention to detail, and everything looked amazing when they were done. They didn't leave any debris. Neighbors were immediately asking us who did our windows.

Very pleased with the results of our installation. The guys, Tim and Nick were great. We have two children and a dog and they were very good with them running around. Cleaned up great and very friendly, let my oldest (5) help them a bit.
Happy with the overall quality of the windows. They were recommended to me, and I recommended them to others for windows. Pricing was WAY more reasonable compared with companies advertising online (Guida, Window Nation) for similar quality windows.

We had Thermal QualityWindows and Doors install windows at our home. We are very pleased with the windows and service from beginning to end. Chris was professional, knowledgeable and not the typical salesman. Tim and his helper were professional, neat and fast. It took a total of 2 days to install all 13 windows. Michelle was a huge help when I called for updates. We highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Thermal Quality and we can't recommend them enough!!! We hired Thermal Quality to replace 14 windows at our home. The salesman was very informative, he explained the pricing, warranty, installation, and answered all of our questions. The installers were absolute professionals! The installation was extremely clean there was NO mess at all!!! NONE!! At the time my wife and children were working and schooling from home due to Covid and the installers went out of their way too accommodate us without interrupting the kids schooling! They called the night before the install

My parents had Thermal install all new windows about 30 years ago so when I needed a new sliding door I called them. I'm very happy I did. The door is beautiful and installation was done in a timely manner. The installers were respectful of my home and did a wonderful job. Moving forward 4 years I needed a little adjustment on the door. The whole process couldn't have been a better experience from the pleasant lady on the phone scheduling the repair to Mitch coming out and taking care of it. You will bey first when I need windows and will recommend to family and friends! Thank you!
