We needed a storm door replacement desperately with the seasons change. Harvey's came out within a few days to measure, make suggestion, and leave product literature. Within a few days following the measurement, a price was given for the model door we chose.
Anticipating Covid delays, we were pleasantly notified within a couple weeks the door was in. The installers were fantastic. Old door and wood framing were removed and trashed. The men installing were meticulous and we are very pleased with our new door. Everything was left in a very clean way. Thank you Harvey's for meeting our needs.

Disappointed in the customer service at Harvey's Lock. Spoke to Dan who ensured me 2 sets of windows bars. He delivered in a timely manner and the job was good EXCEPT he put the one set on the wrong window.
He admitted to his mistake and said he would correct it. After a few weeks when I reached out to check the status, I was told I would have to pay for another set of bars, even though they put them on the wrong window. They put the wrong bars on the windows and tried to make me pay for another set even though it was their mistake and they admitted to it.

So grateful to these men. Dan and Dave saved the day! Many are called, few are chosen. Dan and Dave are definitely chosen. The kindness and care from this duo is not something you see everyday. My house is 101 years old with original doors and locks. Previous resident did not have any keys. Thanks to Dan and Dave, I have the security and privacy I so desperately needed. I 1000% recommend them.

We had a challenging order due to the thickness of our exterior walls. The Harvey’s Door and Lock team coming out to measure presented us with a selection of doors that matched both the opening and the design we were seeking. We selected a 3-panel exterior fiberglass door with stained-glass across the upper section. Dan was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process.

I'm so happy with my new storm door from Harvey's Lock And Door Service. The process to have them come out and measure provide an estimate and pick out the materials was very straightforward and easy even during the pandemic. The work was scheduled efficiently and the two gentlemen came out on time when they said they would be here and finished their work in excellent time and they did such a great job to problem solve where needed, my door was a bit of a challenge but the end result is fabulous. I'm very happy.
