We had a unique opportunity to purchase a lot of land on our own and chose the builder we wanted to work with. We have no regrets in choosing PRM. Paul built our custom house in 2016, finishing right before Thanksgiving. Now that we have had 5 months to really get settled, we may be happier than the day we moved in. The house is perfect in every detail, with quality beyond our expectations.

We were very happy with our experience building a house with PRM. We came to work with PRM when relocating to the Birmingham, MI area. In looking at newer homes in that area, we were unhappy with the level of quality that we were seeing for the price level, until we met with PRM. PRM has a significant level of difference in the quality of their work.
