Lost my FOB for my car, called at 4pm they got here earlier than when I was told to expect them. They said might be here by 7 but got her closer to 6. (awesome very fast) they charge as much for one replacement keyfob as the dealer charges for two, told me mine was a very difficult FOB, and the three dealerships I called all told me that fortunately, mine was a very simple FOB. I guess he said this to try and justify the nearly $500 dollar charge.

Holy moly, what great service! Had a lock unexpectedly fail on a Thursday night, they were able to get the job done at 8am on Saturday! They responded immediately to my Yelp request - so impressed!
Justin was amazing - friendly, informative, efficient and even showed up a few minutes early (on a Saturday!).

I just had an excellent experience with Elite Locksmiths. Their "show up" service fee is very reasonable and the technician refused to charge me anything more than that. He said he didn't do anything but he did -- he drilled the hole larger for the deadbolt (so it wouldn't keep sticking) AND he securely tightened the door handle so that it won't fall off anymore.

Absolutely wonderful service! I got a message from Elite within minutes. The technician, Keith, was faced with one stripped bolt and a broken bolt which had to be removed to enable the installation of a smart lock. It took time and patience but he did it! The charge was reasonable. I recommend Elite Locksmiths without reservation.

I bought a new key fob online. Of course the instructions that were given to program it did not work. I tried another place and that didn't work. My husband says call a locksmith. I did and I'm really glad that I did. I went onto this website, put in my info and within 10 minutes someone called me back. He was so nice and asked me what I needed. He said I will have someone contact you soon to service your issue. Within 10 minutes after that, I got another call from a tech checking in. He asked me for my info, gave me a timeline and was out earlier than expected. He was completely in line

We recently bought a August lock and we were trying to replace the old lock by ourselves. But after many attempts we were unable to open the screw. We called elite locksmiths and they responded in no time. Philip is the guy who contacted us and came on time to fix the lock. He was very professional and fixed the lock in no time.
