BEWARE!! For single women out there beware of this company! I hired this company to re-key my lock and the man only gave me ONE KEY! Where is the other key? My thought was that he kept it to enter my apartment without any permission. I had to hire another locksmith company to re-key my lock after this company because I was told that I needed TWO keys and I was unable to open my door with the key the man gave me. Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY if you are a SINGLE women!!

Not professional at all. Technician came out, who was very sweet. But he dented my car while trying to unlock it, when I asked for my $80 back the senior on the phone was very rude. Fun fact, it's going to cost me a lot more to get my car fixed than $80. The senior threated to call the police on me which I was welcome to as I had done nothing wrong but ask for my money back as the technician damaged my car. It did not have to get so out of hand if the senior would have been a little nicer and more understanding on the phone. Please do not work for this man or give him any money.

My friend got her car dented and they would not even refund the money. The technician was so nice, but the guy running the operation was THE WORST. He told her that obviously a homeless man had tried to break in? No one had said this tech maliciously dented her car and he could have made this right by refunding her money. RUN TO ANY OTHER LOCKSMITH. He threatened her over text to the point that she did not feel safe having the tech come back out and just took it as a loss. This man was an actual psycho.

My brother in law took my car and broke the key in the ignition when he was at a gas station. I called these guys to help me out. All they did was make a key and charged me $210 dollars and it only works on one side. Key maker guy on the phone was rude.. not professional people and definitely will overcharge you. Run away!!

You’ve been dealing with some severe personal issues and your mind is running at a million mph.. you misplaced your car keys and your fear radar goes up x100.
You call a “24 hour service” company on Friday night only to be declined service for 72+ hours.. I needed a duplicate car key and was referred to Johnny. At first I was pleasantly surprised because the price was a lot less than the dealership price. The only weird thing was after I called to inquire about the key, he only corresponded with me via text. But I also thought that maybe that's just easier for everyone. After confirming the right key, he said he had them in stock and we decided Saturday worked best but he wanted me to text him Friday to make sure there was a time slot open as there are a lot of emergency calls on the weekend.
