Every home is unique! Therefore, determining the proper insulation solution is essential. At Lighthouse, we utilize a variety of insulation materials. Although we are specialists in spray foam insulation, we also use blown-in fiberglass, cellulose, and batt solutions when appropriate. Unlike traditional insulation, spray foam expands to fill every void, creating an air-tight barrier EVERY TIME.
Additionally, spray foam's compact cell structure provides superior thermal resistance, moisture control, and noise reduction. By specializing in spray foam applications, we are positioned to install an efficient insulation system that will conserve energy and last longer. There's no question that spray foam insulation is the best way to go in the Chicagoland area for quality insulation.

We recently had Patrick and his team come out to complete an insulation job for soundproofing purposes. To our collective surprise, we found there was already insulation blown in to the space we wanted filled. Despite the fact he was all set up and ready to go, he advised us on other more effective steps to reach our desired result. He put himself in our shoes and gave his honest professional advice even though it meant losing the job. He packed up his gear and didn't charge us a dime. Much appreciated! We'll call Lighthouse first next time a job comes up.

We recently had our finished attic spray foamed by Patrick and his team. They did an excellent job and were very professional. The job was a lot bigger than they though and Patrick went above and beyond to make us happy. I highly recommend lighthouse insulation. We are already feeling the results of the spray foam with the drastic change in temperature we have been having over the last week. Thank you!

Patrick is a professional in the spray foam insulation world that I know and respect. It is rare to find someone who cares so deeply about the sacred nature of working in an occupied home. Patrick is my go to for referrals of crawl spaces and smaller spray foam insulation jobs. He uses outstanding products from Demilec, as I do and works until the customer is 100% happy with the job done. I trust Lighthouse! I support the greater mission of his 501C3 in Uganda. If you call Patrick, you won't be dissatisfied with the work done!

I hired Lighthouse insulation to encapsulate and insulate my crawlspace. I couldn’t be happier that I decided to go with them as previous contractors bids were priced ridiculous. The owner Pat took the time to explain the scope of the work and provide recommendations to me even if I chose not to go with them. He was real genuine guy that I didn’t feel wanted to make a buck off of me at the expense for sharing his knowledge and past experiences similar to my crawlspace. This became evident once I hired them. Pat was running the plastic liner on the crawlspace floor when he immediately stopped
