There is no need to replace or maintain the insulation during normal building use. During the installation of loose-fill or blow in insulation, any waste material is added into the building shell where the insulation is installed, so there is effectively no installation waste. Green Attic installed floor covering over the gravel in our crawl space, sprayed foam insulation around the foundation perimeter to keep out rodents and sprayed a foam coating over our heat/air conditioning ductwork. All work was thoroughly performed with excellent clean up. Both administrative and installers were polite, thorough and knowledgeable. We were kept informed and it was easy to contact the company for questions or scheduling. I would use their service again.

Living in a drafty 50's split level under poorly insulated flat roof ceilings for almost 20 years, the family got used to big heating and cooling bills and having cold spots and space heaters in winter. We contacted Green Attic to conduct an energy audit to determine the sources of heat loss and drafts in our condo. They were able to schedule an appointment window within a few days for my preferred time frame. On the morning of the appointment, Tim called to let me know he was in the city and had two more appointment and gave an approximate time of his arrival. He arrived at his designated time and methodically conducted the audit. He was very knowledgeable and honed in on the problems almost immediately. We discussed the root cause of our problems and he gave us tips and tricks to address them

Green attic was a great company to work with ! Romulo and crew who came to our home to work were outstanding I highly recommend them. They were clean, made sure everything covered , attentive to us showed us pictures of everything they did up in our attic and before and after pictures . Green Attic was great from start to finish! We had our attic cleaned out and insulated, a bathroom vent installed, and a custom cover for our attic access created. It was easy to schedule an appointment for a quote and Patrick was really helpful and gave me a lot of extra information and advice. The workers at Green Attic were AWESOME! The gentlemen of truck 5 took great care of our attic. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves and the ceiling patch work they did for us was great. Our experience dealing with the administrative side of Green Attic was less than stellar, though. It was very hard to get on contact with them while we were trying to get permits sorted out. Literally the only time my texts were responded to (and I was told that texting was a fine way to communicate with them) was after the work was done when they sent the link to make this review.

Walter, Mauricio and Jaime really helped me out as well as the whole team at green attic insulation. I had a festering issue in my attic and they were able to identify the problem, dial back the damage it had caused and provided me with a thoroughly insulated attic that was sanitized and critter free. My home is warm and that is invaluable. The three builders mentioned above were experts when prodded with questions, they arrived on time and worked hard throughout the day and they maintained an orderly job site, it was a pleasure having them in our home. We had an issue in our playroom and attached closet where it was pretty much the same temperature as the outdoors. James came out to give an estimate on fixing the issue and was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about proper insulation. Turns out the issue in our playroom was caused by insufficient insulation in the knee wall next to the playroom. While at our house James also found that our attic was very poorly insulated and that was causing some moisture issues. He also gave us some tips on light fixture changes we could make that would make our house more efficient.

And just like that Green Attic saves the day again! My upstairs neighbors refrigerator line broke, causing water to leak into my ceiling and causing significant damage to my living room wall. Per usual Green Attic really came through for me. After scheduling with the extremely professional gem, Genevieve; James (my favorite) stopped by and looked at the damage, he immediately arranged for it to be repaired by the wonderful Mike, who had it met previously before.
