We installed closed cell spray foam insulation in the roof and exterior walls of their hot yoga studios and then applied a fire coating over the exposed foam insulation.

EcoTec provides free estimates over the phone which is a tremendous help considering most companies want to charge you a fee to come give an estimate. The customer service agent Stacey was very pleasant to work with. She answered all my questions pre and post service provided. The installers that came in where very respectful and treated my home with care.
The one ask is that before the installers perform work, they explicitly describe what they’d be doing. I was not fully aware of some of what they did until the job was complete. And I would have requested alternate service if I had know.

We used Eco Tec about 5 years ago and were totally impressed with the effectiveness of the open foam insulation; what a difference in utility costs and comfort level. We now hired them again to do the same in a different section of the building which they did, in a very timely and professional manner. Great Job!

I called this morning to get a quote done on my home. I waiting on hold for 5 minutes before a woman came back to share that a Stacy was still on another call and would need to call me back. After over two hours of waiting on their call back I called and the woman who answered shared that she was at lunch and could call me back after 1 (another 45 mins.) I shared that I wasn’t happy and that I would just reach out to another company instead and the woman said ‘ok.’ Unbelievable the lack of customer service I received. If this is how they act before they get your business can you imagine after

Due to regular partial freezing of pipes adjacent to a concrete block wall in our condominium building, I went online in search of insulation vendors and requested consultations from a couple of companies. EcoTec responded very quickly to my request, and we scheduled an onsite visit. Jacob met with me to discuss our issue. It was clear he was very knowledgeable, but even better, he was able to lay out multiple options in detail and offered his honest opinion on our situation. Agreed upon a price. Paid half the price upfront. Crew came without proper quipments and said they have to come back next day!!! Next day I waited no one showed up! I called several times and they have to sales person and he wanted more money for the job!! Initially agreed upon 1500$. Now they want 2500$!!! Made me take off from work and waste two days!!!

I had Brian from Eco-Tech come out and quote their spray foam insulation in my attic. They were mid pack on price. I contracted to have them do it based on reputation. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! The house is MUCH quieter, MUCH warmer and MUCH less drafty. The Eco-tech guys worked very hard, did a great job and were in and out in one day. They vacuumed out all of my old fiberglass blow in insulation also. Thanks Angel and Sherwood. Nice job!
