I purchased a new AC unit from them a couple of months ago. Ray came out and gave me the quote which was comparable to the other quotes I had gotten. His customer service was great and that's why I went with this company. I called him a couple days after I received the quote and told him I would like to set it up. He helped me with the process of applying for the financing and we set up the install date. They were able to do it right away. The installation was seamless and the guys that came to do it were polite and kept everything clean as as they went along and made sure to clean up after. I

I’m my 30 years of living in Sarasota I have never had the excellent service I received today. I received alovely letter in the mail from Quality Control yesterday. I was going to call to schedule a check up. All is a sudden my house was getting warmer. I called Quality and within 1 Hr someone was at my house. He fixed the problem . If there were less than one star, this company would deserve it. I signed up for a maintenance program with them on my brand new home as I have always had great success maintaining my equipment. First visit went great ; I was so impressed we signed a service contract. Second visit, the tech was talking on his phone about where he was going to eat his lunch while taking the panel off the system-- the panel bounces off and takes a large gouge out of my bathroom door. 7:00 pm Saturday night....discovered A/C is not working. Yikes! Called our Quality Control Air of Sarasota. (We have a maintenance contract!) Brandon arrived within the hour of our call. I have been using Quality Air for many years. They are good and reliable. Usually Rick comes out and he has been excellent. Last two times Jason has come out and has been exceptional. Even though the air conditioner was back working, he continued at cleaning out the condenser pump drain line to ensure that it would not shut off after he left and suggested we follow up to have the drain line completely cleared.

My AC was blowing warm air, and I called Quality Control Air of Sarasota. The lady who answered, took my information and said she would have someone contact me. A few minutes later Brandon called and said he was about 20 minutes from me. It was less than 20 minutes that I got a phone call and Brandon arrived. Brandon checked out my unit and handler. He even check my fuse box and noticed something loose. He took take of everything and my AC was up and working again. Very quick response and arrival. I recommend Quality Control Air of Sarasota to anyone who needs and AC unit and or service.

Our 11 year old AC died last week late in the day. On a referral from a neighbor we called Quality Control Air of Sarasota. The technician came around 8 Pm that night and upon examination determined the compressor was shot. Given the age of our AC and the cost of a new compressor It made sense to purchase an entirely new AC unit. By 3 o'clock the next day, the new unit was installed and cooling our home. Their price was fair, and their service and installation was outstanding! Very happy with Quality Control Air.

The best professional service for my A/C unit, I did not have a issue, but wanted an assessment BEFORE the unit failed to work. I got Ray and his son out to my home, on time as scheduled and a full comprehensive evaluation of the life left and solutions to for upkeep and an offer of a new unit with a service plan and warranty! I highly recommend you calling this true honest professionals for all your A/C and duct concerns and repairs! Never had I been so respected and not taken advantage of with a repair i know nothing about! True respectable, reliable, honest quality business! It says so right

So far I can find nothing negative about this business. They came out as a result of a promotion I received in the mail. They were able to point out how I was receiving substandard service from another company and were able to correct it. Their price for a maintenance contract is nearly half of what I was paying before and they have been able to manage everything I needed. They came out on a Sunday in response to a failed capacitor and I have learned a lot from the technicians. I have no complaints so far.
