Gold Country Roofing is the best! They were so nice and easy to work with. I wanted help picking out the best color for the roof and it is the perfect choice. Then, when they came out, there was a tree overhanging that had to be cut back, and additional vegetation too. They removed just what was needed. They replaced the whole roof and installed gutters. What a beautiful job. It’s a joy to see my lovely roof when I come home. And the work was completed quickly, as was the removal of the excess building materials and vegetation. I’ve already recommended them to a friend! I’m so happy working

I contacted Gold Country roofing to give me a quote on a new roof. The quote was for Owens Corning shingles with Ventsure ridge venting. They were prompt in coming out and giving me a quote. I have had some other roof projects done in the past and by experience I know that venting the attic space properly is very important. Cool air needs to come in from the soffit vents at bottom and hot air needs to escape from the top ridge vents. So when I had further questions with Ben the estimator on if the roofers were going to calculate the proper venting ratio for net free vent space from the soffit vents

We have a very large and steep roof, such that some roofers would not take this on. Gold Country was very professional and skilled and have access to a large crew which enabled them to complete the whole house and garage in less than 8 eight working days. They were very capable, thorough, respectful, and cleaned up their work areas every day. We could not have been more pleased.

A neighbor had recommended Gold Country Roofing to us so we asked for a quote to replace our roof and gutter system. We also asked two other local roofing companies. All three had great reviews, were very professional, and offered comparable product and pricing. We chose Gold Country and are very happy with the quick (2 days) job. We had the work done in August of 2020. Our roof looks fabulous and we are so happy to have a new, fire code compliant, gutter system that won't clog with leaves or pine needles. They showed on time with a crew that was well organized and efficient. My roof needed some repairs due to dry rot and they did a great job fixing those issues. They left my yard and driveway cleaner than it was when they arrived. The roof looks great, the gutters look great and included a leaf guard. They had the best price amongst 3 bids and theirs was the only bid with leaf guards on the gutters. The whole process was easy to handle from start to finish.

We just had a new roof installed by Gold Country Roofing. We chose this business because we watched our next door neighbor's roof go on by the same company. These guys are amazing! In two days, we had a new roof! One day to remove the old one, one day to install the new one. The whole crew were friendly, considerate and clean. Before they left the first day, the yard and driveway was cleaned up and free of nails/debris. Same the second day. No messes anywhere. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat. It's hard to overstate how good this company is. I saw them doing my neighbor's roof and knew I'd be needing a roof soon, so they were one of four companies I had to come and giive an estimate. Their presentation was best and their price the lowest. But that was nothing compared to the diligence and energy of the workers; they swarmed like bees over the roof, covered undone areas when confronted with an unexpected rain storm, and returned to finish on a Sunday (after asking me if that was OK!) They cleaned up perfectly and were all personable and friendly. I am one happy customer

So happy with Gold Country Roofing! We were hit with one winter storm after the next, causing some bad leaks. We were concerned with the cost of getting a new roof, so we had 5 bids from 5 local companies. Gold Country was the most thorough, well prepared, had a competitive bid, and were easy to deal with. All of their policies are well outlined on their webpage and contract. No surprises here! Any time I had a question, they were quick to get back to me and explain. No where on their web site does it say they charge $75 to give a bid for the roof. They have a nice web site and many pretty pictures of happy smiling employees. I have 3 roofs I need a bid for ... that costs $225 just for an opportunity to meet these folks. I called other roofers in the community and no one else charges a $75.00 fee. Just plain common sense turned me off from working with these folks. They have nice radio ads too.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We had the roof replaced on our 20 year old owner built house. The roof leaked the first time it rained following replacement and continued to leak through numerous repair attempts. Through great frustration we continued to request the leak be repaired as it got worse and worse. Finally, through investigation we found that the roof jack where the leak was, was the only roof jack that had not been replaced. We were told by Stan the owner of Gold Country Roofing, the problem was because of poor roof design. We had to pay $180.00 to the roofer to replace the roof jack
