Robert was very kind and professional when coming to our home to perform an AC check up/tune up. He spent a lot of time on our unit and was very thoughtful in explaining to us everything he was doing as well as taking the time to go over all the suggested repairs. When I called, Inexperienced great customer service. I requested Morgan because her worked on a family members unit. Polair sends a technician not a service rep. who is prepared to fix the problem. Morgan provided a maintenance service on my unit. My unit was cleaned, air filter changed, and a much need fix was recommended (which I did need). Polair does not advertise, only uses referrals. I do recommend this company.

AC went out middle of the night Friday and got a hold of Bobby to see what he could do. Within minutes his on call Technician was on his way to look at the unit. Morgan was able to diagnose the issue and had the replacement part on his van so that was awesome that I didn't have to order it. Morgan went over the process and what needed to be fixed and didn't gouge me on saying I needed this or that to make an extra buck off of me but to get it back to working condition as quick as possible. Within an hour the AC was fixed and in perfect working condition. He even went over with me where

My A/C starting blowing hot last Sunday afternoon, so I called POLAiR and Darien answered right away, she was very polite and professional. After talking for a few minutes, she informed me that their weekend tech was just finishing a job nearby and could be at my house within an hour. Morgan showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. We discussed the cost, I gave him the okay, and my unit was up and running in less than an hour. Honest, reliable and very knowledgeable, I highly recommend POLAiR HVAC Services.
