This place was suggested by the home warranty and came out to inspect. They reported to the Home warranty that a fan was replaced. We have no idea what they told the home warranty and now they won't replace a part that has nothing to do with the fan. Thanks Efficiency Experts, waited a whole day to hear from you, in the meantime we are with out A/C. I had to call and right away the person I spoke with was on the defensive. Then they have the sound mind to then tell us "we can fix for $700. Will not recommend to anybody.

We came home from being the weekend to find one of our A/C units was blowing hot. Called them first thing in the morning and left a message. A very nice Tiffany promptly returned my call and was able to schedule Todd to come and look at our unit. Within 3 hours of the call....our A/C was blowing cold again. Great customer service!!!

Blatant lier. Do you get paid for getting claims denied? The tech apparently told American Home Shield my AC was not working before the start of my contract. What a lie! This was the first time the tech ever came to my house, so how can they make a claim in June that my AC wasn't working in March? If that were the case I would have been suffering through Houston heat for a long time. Now I have to get a 2nd opinion which will cause me to not have AC for another week. What a joke!

This company was selected by AHS to replace my air conditioning compressor. It was later discovered when my home wasn't cooling and I utilized the service of another company, that the "two" Efficiency Experts Techs installed a 3 ton compressor on our 3 1/2 ton unit!!! Wow!
What takes the cake is that AHS and Efficiency Experts both say the other was responsible for ordering the part. After contacting Efficiency Experts, "Cindy" excellent customer service(NOT), was to remind me that the workmanship coverage was for only 30 days. Yep!!! I said workmanship.

I use this company after another company had replace my heating system in a little over 10 years ago and everything was coming loose and billing up mold in the Plenum,missing the drip leg,mastic seal and increase my return flow and they were much more reasonable than the other company and did a better job with installation.
