I called Texas Giant because of a friend referral. Our AC stopped working properly around 4pm on Thursday. I called our usual HVAC company but they could not send anyone until Saturday (!). So I started frantically asking around and calling random companies on Google. No one could send a technician for at least a day/day and a half. Long story short, my friend told me to call Texas Giant AC and I am so glad I did. I called them (today) Friday around 8:45am, the operator (thankfully!!) put me on an emergency wait-list and Ray R., arrived at my house just 3 hours later!!! He was very thorough, professional

The team Texas Giant came out to a full AC install, they were here from 9 AM to 4PM, they took their time, paid attention to every little detail and then fully explained to me the capabilities of the new system versus the old. Everything was great.

I called Mike when my home AC could not reach thermostat set point, and had an 8 degree differential. I have a little baby and the house was reading 85.
They came within the hour, were exceptionally kind and easy to work with and they did the most honorable job detecting the issue and problem solving. The solution was rather easy, as my condenser needed cleaning.
Within minutes, we had cool air and a happy baby again.
Recommending them to every home owner I know.

The rapid response by my technicians in getting to my house was amazing! The wait time for services these days seems like days out at a minimum. In this Houston heat, that can feel like an eternity! I received same day service and the technicians worked very well together. They were knowledgeable and very efficient. I have used Texas Giant in the past and will rely on them in the future for all of our heating and cooling needs. Highly recommended!

I am very happy with the work done by Texas Giant. Abe walked me through all the different options I had for AC and furnace units. He also walked me through all the steps involved in financing. Within two days of signing the contract, they got the installation completed. They were on-time and professional. I would recommend Texas Giant to others.
