Our wood stove’s glass door cracked, and our wood stove is our only source of heat. I drove over to see these guys around 4pm and even though they normally stop cutting glass by 2:30/3:00, they bent over backward to help me - they cut my glass, installed it on my wood stove door, and had me on my way within half an hour. Thanks to them, my daughter will be warm tonight. Can’t thank them enough!

Bummed to say I had a bad experience with Southtown. Paid over $1k to replace a few small glass window panels. Placed order and waited weeks beyond expected order and never heard back about an installation date - no communcation from STG. Called to check on order and staff didn't know what the issue was. Eventually someone called back with a much later install date than expected. Upon installation they arrived outside of the installation window and did not have the right glass for the window. They had to come back 2 more times and both times had the wrong window glass again. Both times

Still waiting for a proposal. On April 29, they came to my home to measure for a project. On May 7 I still hadn't received a proposal, so I called. I was told one of people who prices projects like mine was on vacation. I was told my project would be on his desk so he could get to it first thing Monday morning. It's 9.30 p.m. on Monday--still no proposal. I'm taking my business to Dallas Glass.

Charlotte, the gal at the front is SO SWEET! SHE DESERVES A RAISE!! Not only did she help me right away and make sure my project was completed In a timely manner, but she was great in communicating when my glass was ready to be picked up and she always has a smile! I will definitely be coming back here! Their prices are great as well which was an added bonus to their amazing customer service!!!

Everyone commented on my cloudy, double pane windows and the degraded views they created. The windows were so bad we could barely see outside from half of them. We looked into window replacement but the related cost was outrageous.
We decided to look into replacing just the glass instead. Best decision ever! South Town Glass replaced all the window glass across the front of my home, now my windows look new.
