Dallas Glass & Window offers a wide variety of products for home owners and residential contractors. Our 2,200 square foot showroom features only the newest and most energy efficient windows and doors available. In addition we also have numerous shower enclosures, skylights, mirrors, and specialty glass samples on display.

I am a single mom who lives paycheck to paycheck. So when I was ready to begin the process of getting new windows in my little 1946 house, I did my due diligence and got multiple quotes as this was a big decision for me. Dallas was the only company who came anywhere close to being affordable. They were also the only company who had a plan to salvage a very large, very cool window original to the house that I wanted to save. They were very kind and understanding to me when I called or emailed often with questions and concerns. The guys who came to my house for install, Cam and Drew, were awesome

Had a new shower door installed - first they cut the top of the shower door trim wrong, still installed it, then wanted me to approve the installation - Pretty pathetic.
After installer made calls - they decided to order a new cross bar - weeks later it was brought out the new top trim and the installation is still not as good as it should of been. Obviously more training is needed.
Now here we are months later, and I just received the billing from them with a note about an unpaid invoice that needs resolved in days.
I would not recommend them for any work - and obviously this business has issues

I am installing a glass shower in my house. I asked around for quotes. Dallas glass was the first ones to answer me. After a month everyone else got back to me with quotes but Dallas glass did not. I called them back and left a message. They finally sent me an email saying they cannot do any projects that are complicated or simple. I know there is a shortage of glass and parts but they didn't even try of get back to me. Bad service.

Crew showed up 20 minutes early. When I asked if I could get dressed before they got started they looked at me as if I hit my head. When I asked them to mask in my home things got weirded. I had to ask the one young man physically IN my home to wear the mask on his mouth and nose, not his chin. When they took the window out NONE of them masked although they were literally 6 inches from IN my home but where standing in my flower bed. I felt bullied and intimidated by this 3 man crew as I sat in my bathrobe wishing they would hurry up and go away.

We have had 2 custom pieces done by Dallas Glass and each one was perfect. They repaired my historic build-in hutch door and it looks perfect. We had a glass table top done and they gave me excellent option to make a piece perfect for me. On time and on budget as well.
