Our service includes: All our technicians wear boot covers to ensure that all floor coverings are kept clean. The fireplace opening and flooring will be covered with plastic and tarps during the sweeping process. Our technicians use plastic bristles on our brushes to prevent damage to the metal flue.
A full camera inspection is a very important step in the inspection process of your new home. The average home inspector will not check out the internal structure of your Chimney and Fireplace. With out a camera inspection they are unable to provide you with a full picture of the health and safety of your chimney and fireplace.

The crew at Chimney Bear did a great job on my Chimney. Full service done on Chimney with liner and rebuild of chimney with cap installed. They were in and out in the same day. Left no mess and gave full recap with pictures and explanation on what work was done and proper way to use for future. Worked with me with my busy schedule and there's to get me in at there earliest convenience. SO happy to have a functioning and SAFE fireplace.

They were very professional and very knowledgeable about the work they were doing. They didn't make a mess and took the time to explain what they were seeing on the camera exploration. My dad who was a brick mason for 40 years thought very highly of them and even commended them on their knowledge. They even looked entertained when he was telling his bricklayer stories when he built fireplaces! I would definitely recommend.

The best of the best & I don't just settle. They called ahead of the alloted 1/2 hr. window to tell me they were en route. Put shoe covering over their shoes right at entrance of house. Put down plastic sheeting on the floor before starting inspection. Very thorough in every aspect as far as taking pictures & explaining to me what was going on inside fireplace enclosure. Then outside again with camera inspection, pix, & explaing condition on rooftop. I highly recommend this team of professionals.

We needed our fireplace inspected and cleaned before the season, and a rain cap, so we called Chimney Bear Co. They came out earlier than the appointment after calling to see if that worked for us, and did a very thorough cleaning and inspection. The guys were very professional, very clean and treated our property with respect. The report was honest with the issues they found and they had the pictures to back it up. We were very satisfied with them, and plan to call Chimney Bear for all of our fireplace work in the future.

Worth the wait! Highly recommend. Made the appointment to have both of our fireplaces inspected a month out. Matt was on time if not a bit early and was very thorough. He was friendly and courteous to not drag soot throughout our house. Matt was patient with me as I hovered to learn about our fireplaces and had good answers for my questions. At the end of our appointment he provided a detailed report with photos which will be a great resource. Now just to get my chimney swept for winter!

Great Service. The team was very timely and professional. I bought my house a year ago and during inspection there was slight deterioration to the chimney crown. I called Chimney Bear before winter started to prevent further damage. They inspected and provided pictures of before and after the work was done and also cleaned out a clogged gutter downspout that was out of reach for myself. Very happy with the service.

Your one stop shop for everything chimney related! Andrey and his team were total ROCKSTARS!!! They are very thorough and ensure you get all the insights you need to make the decisions necessary! We have been in our new home for about a year and half now. We never used our fireplace the first year only because we never really had it checked over. Asking our neighbors and reading reviews form 'Home Advisor', we decided to get a free estimate in October. Andre came out to check over the chimney both inside and out. We are on the edge of Chimney Bear's service territory. Our house is on a challenging lot (sloped, angled and wooded) and goes from a simple one story to a three story in the back. Chimney Bear is the only gutter company that we could find to work for us.They are professional and communicate well. If for some reason they need to reschedule (weather, etc) they let you know asap. I highly recommend this company!

Be careful of this company. I called for two reasons to get my chimney cleaned (I have ceramic logs) and to get my flute with a handle easier to open by a chain. The office manager proceeded to tell me that it would cost $195.00 to $200.00 to get the chimney cleaned. She told me they couldn't do anything about the flute except replace it and that would be $600.00 to $700.00. I then called 6 (six) other chimney companies; four that day and two the following morning. They all told me a chimney does not need to be cleaned when you have ceramic logs and that I would not need a new flute

Excellent communication while scheduling with the office manager as well as great follow up before and the day of. Technicians were great as well. They wore shoe covers upon entering my home, explained everything they were going to do as well as what to watch for before it becomes an issue and more costly. My dog was being nosy and they were sweet to her as well. I highly recommend Chimney Bear! We will use them in the future.
