I was very please with the professionalism ,quality and price of the work performed I gave Chimney U S A, INC 5 STARS . I will need liners for my chimney which they will perform . They shared with me problems of neglect. They also show me a pipe that was incorrectly installed and could have done great damage to one of the boilers and they repaired it. I

I hired this company to clean my chimney the representative was good in explaining everything to me. I waited on a response from Merna who runs the company on the price of a Liner and she has never responded back to me which is sad there prices are very expensive. My chimney was cleaned back in September 2021. The first review that I gave the company was a 4 star as you can see I lowered it. I would not recommend us chimney to no one they got there payment and that was it. I guest that all she wanted.

I was very pleased with the focused attention to detail and professionalism displayed by the two technicians. After performing the work, they discussed the condition of the fireplace and future conditions to keep an eye on as the unit continues to be used. Ok, a little backstory before my review. My furnace went out right after Christmas 2019. The repairman told me that I had to have my chimney inspected and cleaned. This was one of the companies that I called (on a Sunday), and I will admit, I was very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. They did come on time and ready to work as scheduled. My chimney was cleaned and relined and did tell me the importance of maintaining the chimney. They also did inform me that my chimney was in danger of collapsing and suggested repairs/rebuilding. The worst chimney contractor I've ever dealt with. Here are the details of my experience & I'm currently looking into legal options. Keep in mind they are one of the handful of chimney specialists in the city & to narrow it down even more... that serve my area.
- Initially called this company on September 21, 2020 around 6pm. Scheduled something for the following week. No call, no show. Nobody would take my follow up calls or return my voicemail.

This company is a hot mess. We've been waiting over two months for our scheduled appointment. I called one month ago to confirm the date. I called last week to confirm the date. I called TODAY, the day of the appointment, and was told that rather than a "window" they would call me 30 minutes before the chimney sweep arrived. Then NOTHING, crickets. No call no nothing. I was very lucky to find this company as they were out on my block giving another family an estimate. I really needed this service as my heating professional advised me to get my chimney cleaned as my boiler was shutting off and this means blockage in the flu.

Good inspection a year ago and asked them for a copy of proposal this year to get the work done. Been waiting a month, they said they needed to come back and see if anything changed so stayed home for the appointment. Mirna was professional, thorough and listened carefully to my concerns. She was communicative throughout the process and gave me a list of options from "This'll get you through the season" to "This will preserve and protect your property for 30 years."
We did discuss some options that were not in her company's wheelhouse and she was very candid about what it would take in terms of time and material to make that happen. She didn't BS me and I appreciated that.

Repair needed due to missing cap on chimney. Contacted Chimney USA due to the great reviews. Scheduled the appointment a week ago for them to come out today between 11am -1pm. Receive a call at 11:18 from a young lady canceling the appointment. I informed her that I took off work to make this appointment. She was unapologetic and nonchalant. Very unprofessional!

I don't write reviews but had to write one in this company. Our boiler recently stopped working so we had a heating company come out who said we need to have our chimney checked for blockage before he fixes our heat.
I called Chimney USA AND Mirna explained to me that they were booked until Sunday but "I hear a baby crying in the background so you might want to call some other companies to see if they can see you sooner." I kept my Sunday appointment just in case, and she ended up calling me back a few hours later saying they are able to send someone out today. She was concerned

The workers they sent were awesome and very professional and knowledgeable, however the office personnel were less professional. They did not get back to me on time. Initially, I was promised a call back in an hour, and after waiting 5 hours had to call them back myself because I hadn't heard back yet. They were able to send someone out the same day, which was great. Once they decided the services I needed, I was told I'd receive a proposal/contract the following day, but it got it over a week later.

We notified this company over a month ago that we needed a chimney cap replaced, under contractual obligation for house closing. After examining the chimney, recommended we clean first. Team came 2 hours late and had no chimney caps, our closing is now a week away. We explained our situation and requested that we get some guarantee of completion of requested service , would pay for service after caps put on. The company called the police to come to our house to make us pay the bill! Obviously, not a police matter and now we are stuck finding another company. Very poor customer support.

I would highly recommend them. Mirna and Arturo came out to give me a quote on our cracked chimney along with a sweep. She definitely educated on us with the standard upkeep and was very detailed on the quote and the expectations to repair the chimney. There were a lot of things that we did not realize that even our home inspector overlooked. We definitely plan on using them once it is time (financially) to repair the chimney.
