We offer free on site initial consultations and then work with the client to realize their design dreams on paper and through 3D computer modeling. After finalizing the design we put together the whole package of construction drawings, permit processing, and bidding documents. We have experience with HOA approvals, design review boards, city permitting, and general contractor referrals.

Kristine was just awesome to work with. She took our ideas and expanded them into a working plan. My 421 sq ft ADU seems so much bigger because of her thoughtful design. Her drawings ailed through plan check and we were able to start construction because of her attention to detail and knowledge of the workings of the planning department of our city. I couldn't be happier!

We interviewed 3 architects for our house remodel. We decided to go with Kristine and we are happy we did! Our house remodel consisted of moving our existing staircase and adding a play room up stairs. The process involved getting an approval from the HOA, applying for a permit from the city, interviewing several contractors and 5 months of construction. Throughout this entire process Kristine was there for us every step of the way. We found her work to be professional, detailed and thorough. My contractor shared with me she is also easy to work with and will partner with her again for other projects

My husband & I decided to downsize and move to San Clemente, CA and found a home we really liked. We decided to renovate the kitchen and family room and master bathroom. A local contractor recommended we call Kristine Sprague for the architectural design of our new home. Kristine came out right away and spoke to us about the process and submitted a proposal and estimate for her work.
