A joint project between the City of San Clemente and the Affordable housing group, Mary Erickson Community Housing. Even though the project is within two blocks of the beach, it is in an area in need of redevelopment with many low income families. The existing building, which was demolished, housed low income families who qualified to live in the new units.
Christine Lampert acted as the Owner's Representative and Construction Manager for this project during the construction of this new building for the Coastline Community College District. The architect of record is TBP. The project is Cathay Bank's new headquarter's building in South El Monte. Christine Lampert acted as the Owner's Representative and Project Manager, working with the Architect of Record, Gensler.
