From a young age, Bryce, the eldest of the "Three Gurr Brothers, " has worked with his dad learning all there was to know about construction. This team installed our new solar panel system on our new home. While we did encounter some hardware malfunctions, this team was nothing less than professional and enjoyable to work with. I specifically spoke with Stephen who kept me updated on the entire project. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and would call to make sure we knew what was going on which was very much appreciated. Our first Solar purchase was made easy and enjoyable. The Guys were very friendly and informative from Sales through Installation. I’ve had a variety of services from Gurr Brothers over the past month as we rebuild our bathroom after a sewage back up. Despite weird “do it yourself” prior construction by previous owners, they have managed to turn the disaster into a great new look. Layne has been working on my drywall removal and prep for reinstalling and is great. Very efficient and has ideas for improvement of the space too!

From our initial meeting and conversation with Tanner and Bradford they provided enough information and answered all our questions clearly. We had little experience of solar installation and Tanner and Bradford were able to clarify the process, installation and financing options open to us.

Almost a year into a flood restoration project and still not completed. Take my advice and stay far away from this company! They tell you what you want to hear and then don't deliver. They never applied for a construction permit and when caught (because they kept leaving front door unlocked and it blew open) took at least six weeks to get a permit. Their latest stunt is their revised timeline is now two to three weeks late, after I booked a flight with their promise all would be ready for us to settle back in. Very unprofessional company!

We had substantial pipe damage and had to have our kitchen ripped apart and rebuilt. These guys communicated very well through the entire process and kept scheduled appointments. The work was all done very well and the attention to detail on the little things to make sure we were happy was most important to me. While we can't expect everything to be perfect every time in life, we were really happy that Gurr Brothers went above and beyond to make sure an item was redone at their expense because it was less than perfect. That was very admirable - a trait you don't see enough in business

Our experience has been super disappointing especially when they were recommended.
They came out Tuesday of last week advised they'd have a quote to us by EOD. Nothing - called to touch base with them on Friday asking if maybe it was misplaced and was told they get right back to us as their estimator was out ill. Called again on Monday and LVM with Tracey to see if we could get an idea when to expect details since we are on a tight deadline for hosting a large event in our home. Again, no response.

My wife and I had a leak in our kitchen and all of our cabinets and flooring had to be removed. We reached out to Gurr Brothers to help us with our reconstruction project and they were great! Franky, our project manager was very professional and always responsive anytime we had questions on the process. Tracy from their office was always such a pleasure to talk to and she made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. Grrrrr..... We hired Gurr to manage our rental house project that involved demo for a re-plumbing of all sewer lines and reconstruction. We began late 2020 and were told the project would go very quickly, they just finished in June 2021. We hired them to lead the project and found ourselves 100% involved all along the way as the workmanship was awful. Talking about flooring being installed poorly leaving gaps between the baseboard and flooring you could fit a finger in. The bathtub surround was asked to be installed with subway tile no offset, found it installed with 50% offset. Baseboard

Gurr Brothers did beautiful work rebuilding my kitchen after an unfortunate water damage incident under my kitchen sink. They re-built my kitchen cabinetry and made them look absolutely identical to the original cabinets; the end-piece of my cabinets actually looked better than before. I will now always call Gurr Brothers' plumber, Don and electrician, Jake, who both helped get the job done - they were incredibly knowledgeable, professional and amazing at their jobs. Sam managed my project and he went above and beyond to make sure everything got done correctly and any issues were promptly addressed

Gurr Brothers has done a decent job repairing issues caused by our flooded sink area...though not completed yet. There was some miscommunication: some items didn't get resolved as discussed, such as refinishing the exterior of the cabinet doors. Also, our issue occurred in October and it is only now, February, that the repairs are being addressed and taken care of. This may not have been totally Gurr Brothers' fault as they were booked solid leading up to Christmas and beyond with pre-scheduled jobs.

Gurr Brothers did a great job on our roof repairs. They were fast, effective and responsive. Their work is high quality! And they have a great warranty. I loved working with the roofing superintendent Sam. He is very personable and makes sure that you are kept in the loop. Rachael in the office was able to keep on top of any paperwork needed and was able to update me as well. I would definitely use them again! And recommend them to everyone I know!!

I was introduced to Gurr Brothers by their electrical contractors Cactus Valley Electric. I had an old fluorescent light fixture come loose back in December. I had to get that fixed before I went to work. After making several calls Cactus Valley came through in a pinch and got the old lamp pulled down. I decided to get rid of the remaining part of the fixture and go with LED lights. What a HUGE difference. Good company to work with very fair pricing and great service. I would recommend them both.

Called them for a quote. Quick response, and great communication. The tech they sent was pretty nice. That said,this was our 4th and final quote. They were 1,300 bucks higher then the 3rd highest quote. They were 2,100 bucks higher then the lowest quote we received. I can't speak for their work, but I'd definately recommend that you get several quotes....

We discovered water damage to our kitchen and needed a company to rebuild it after it was torn down by mitigation team. Gurr was one of the companies we contacted. Initially, they were pretty responsive, and sent someone out pretty quickly. After that however....nothing happened. We followed up to ask about the estimate, but... nothing happened. We were promised it would be sent, but.... nothing happened.
It's now been nearly 2 months, the insurance claim is resolved, and we're ready to rebuild. We won't be using Gurr because we never got

We had hail and wind damage to our home causing us to need a new roof. We called Gurr Brothers and they made the process super easy. I was extremely impressed that it only took two days to complete our roof once our tiles came in. The office staff was very friendly to talk to, even when I was flustered due to the the incident itself, not them, they were still sweet to me and let me know I could call at any time for any help I might need. Had to get new flooring and some misc repairs from a water heater leak. We were well taken care of from the start by Gurr Bros. Communication was excellent. Our repairs were prioritized and we're happy with the result. Before and after photo of one of the rooms attached, the before is sort of a "during" because we had to tear up our floors asap in order to dry out the flooded area.
