My AC went out, so the next morning I called Mark, he fit me in that afternoon. Showed up on time, was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away, even showed me what he was doing so I could learn. He called the manufacturer to find that my unit was still under warranty to save me money on parts. Reasonably priced, above and beyond great service, would definitely recommend his locally owned and operated business!

When you call A Five Star Heating and Cooling, that is exactly what you get! 5-Star service! When we called around noon on Monday, the owner Mark said they were close by and could come over after lunch. We were very surprised with the reasonable cost of the service estimate. Much lower than anyone else we had called. Within 45 minutes they arrived and went right to work. The unit was repaired, cleaned, and recharged very quickly. We were concerned on how much it would cost, but Mark charged a very reasonable price. We definitely recommend this company!

Mark and his team impressed us right from the start. We are new homeowners and this evening our AC stopped working. We called A Five Star Heating & Cooling, hoping to get a quote. I have to say this was the fourth AC company I called and by far the best!! First company just gave me a quote for a new AC didn’t try to solve the problem. Second one did some good but month later it wasn’t cooling. The fourth company lied and didn’t want to do anything. Mark with this company was immediately responsive and was honest and truly looked into the system to see if he could get it to work and he did! Great company! I am in a rental unit, but they treated us like we were a top priority when our air went out! Turned out the unit was old, I mean, OLD...so once he had approval they were there the very next day installing a new heating and air unit with thermostat. They were friendly and quick, and even vacuumed when they were done. Highly recommend!!!
