I am very impressed with this company! I had AC service done. While they were doing the work my AC system sprung a leak. It was not their fault! It was due to shoddy work and welding by a previous company! Brian the owner immediately fixed the problem at no additional cost. This prevented us from having to suffer 😎more Sacramento hot days. We're very grateful for this. Brian and his technician came in on a Saturday morning at 8:00 after his technician left late the night before. Very impressive and I'm looking forward to purchasing my new system through Comfort one. Would recommend them highly

We were blown away with Comfort 1's exceptional customer service tonight. Around 6pm we noticed our house was getting hot and the condenser stopped turning on. We turned off our AC so we wouldn't cause other issues and started to freak out. I'm 7 months pregnant and we have a toddler, so bearing through this 106 degree weather nor going to a hotel would be very fun. I called and texted our normal AC place - no response. We were looking for a new HVAC company for our business in Martinez. Our sister office in West Sacramento uses Comfort 1, and so we called Comfort 1 to see if they would travel outside of their normal territory, which they agreed to do.
The tech arrived on-time, even after driving such a long distance. They inspected our four roof-top units and gave us an explanation of our equipment and what they needed

There is nothing worst when your AC goes out at 1pm after a over 100 degree day!! The next day we called Comfort One and we so excited to hear they could come out the same day!! It’s amazing how hard working these employees are, it showed when he arrived and he was determined to find the issue and help us out! I felt awful he was working so late in the evening but that was his dedication. Angel never showed that he was tired or frustrated even through he went up and down the stairs Multiple times. Our air conditioner was acting up, so I reached out to Comfort 1 Heating and Air. They were able to get out to my home the next day with an available appointment between 6-8 pm (no extra charge for after standard business hours). Angel (the service tech) called when he was 15 minutes out which put him at our home at 6:30. He was able to diagnose the problem and get our unit working properly at a very reasonable price. Brian installed a new HVAC unit in the house I bought 2 years ago because it didn't have central air conditioning. How can anyone in the Sacramento area survive without air conditioning!? Brian was very professional, friendly and punctual. He gave me the best rate out of several other bids and even helped me with the rebates that are offered for installing a new unit. He is honest, reliable, punctual, confident, etc. We have had him do some inspections and routine maintenance at a couple of different homes and have been extremely pleased with his work and pricing. His office assistant communicates well regarding appointments and invoicing. We were referred to try him via a real estate agent and were very glad we went with his services.
