Empire Heating and Air Conditioning are the best HVAC Business I've ever used. Jay, And Davey are sweet and professional, timely courteous. They explain everything they will do plus. Treacy is wonderful and came here to put the new filters in that worked better with our new system. We signed the proposal on Sunday and had our new system in on Friday. We have had our system since June 11, this year 2021. Wonderfully good people and a blessing from God. Thank you so very much for keeping us Cool during this heat wave. I cannot recommend Empire Heating & Air enough! My air conditioner was not keeping up during a particularly brutal heat wave. Even though they were extremely busy, they went above and beyond and found an appointment to quickly service my air conditioner and I haven't had any problems with it since. I would use Empire again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone I know.

Fantastic service and excellent help when we installed our replacement A/C unit. We reviewed the whole system and figured out what changes need to be made, and several different options were presented to us with pros and cons of each. Highly recommend!

Called first thing on Monday, August 17 as ourunit went out on Friday, August 14, 2020 at around 5:00PM and it was the beginning of the heat wave. Appointment scheduled for next day, which turned out to be rescheduled for the same day, awesome for my household. Jay came out and discussed what needed to be done, entire replacement of A/C Heat unit as it was 18-20 years old. Treacy worked with me on the phone to get everything set up. Jay and Adam were out first thing Friday, August 21, 2020 to install our new A/C Heat unit. Jay and Adam had our system up and running by 5:00PM. We could not be any
