We hired Cleaning Glow to do a "move-in" cleaning service on a completely empty 1300sqft 2BR 1BA flat. I left the house to let them clean and when I came back the floor was wet and it was clear an attempt was made to clean so I gave them the OK to leave.
After the floor dried and the wet shine was gone, it was abundantly clear that they had only done one pass with a push mop and probably were reusing dirty mop water. The company website does a good job of automating the task of ordering a job. The process was transparent from ordering to billing to payment. David and Carolina were amazingly thorough and efficient when handling my move-out. They are outstanding as a team and super friendly! They communicate well and made sure to explain every step of their process. My apartment was CLEAN! I will do more business with this company for sure.

Used this service for an apartment move out and it was dirty. After 3 hours I barely recognized the place! Frankly I couldn't believe one person was able to get the entire apartment sparkling that quickly. Slightly less expensive than other cleaners I've used, but no less amazing. I have ordered both move-out cleaning service and steam carpeting cleaning service by the end of April. I am a very picky person in terms of cleaning in details and I am very satisfied with the service. The company managed to have both services on the same day. The cleaning part took longer and it was very detailed. Every corner of the apartment was cleaned. The best part I loved about the cleaning was the kitchen. It was like a brand new kitchen afterward. After final walk through, I added a few places to be enhanced cleaning, and Carolina did a great job. I would highly recommend her.

We originally hired a different company for our move-out cleaning services (we had used that company before) and ended up having a terrible experience which left us with a bad taste in our mouths AND a still dirty house. We were able to quickly book with Cleaning Glow to re-clean our house without any hassle at all. The person my housemate spoke to was so kind and understanding of our situation, that we decide to also book their carpet cleaning services in addition to a deep clean.

I would give 6 stars for this company if I could! They provided a quote fast and were able to accommodate my date request for a move out clean on short notice. The price was super reasonable and the cleaners were kind and thoughtful. I feel as though they went above and beyond on the clean- taking care of hard to reach areas and leaving the place spotless (which I know was hard to do for such an old home). I would absolutely recommend Cleaning Glow to others and I know who I will be calling next time I need a clean in the city!

I hired Cleaning Glow to do a move-out cleaning yesterday (Saturday) and I was blown away by the results!! The entire process from booking to paying was super simple and user friendly. Dom and Gabriel did such a fabulous job with the unit and worked very hard and diligently!!! I can't thank them enough for how fabulous they left the unit. They were very professional and courteous, they communicated very clearly about what needed to be done and checked-in with me during the process. This review is for the exceptional services of our cleaner Abadia who is the kindest soul, the most thorough cleaner, very respectful and almost like family. Highly recommend this company; they take care of the big cleaning tasks each month and it makes a big difference in our home.
