I own a rug doctor carpet cleaner that was unable to remove some pet stains and oil stains. Carlos from Baymist cleaners was able to remove all the stains. Professional service, even cleaned garage floor so newly cleaned carpets would stay clean. The downstairs sectional couch he cleaned looks like new. Highly recommend.

Carlos and his wife were very professional and also, added bonus, quite personable. My carpet was disgusting. After an hour of work, with the occasional socially distanced chatting - he is very friendly, my carpet looks fantastic. It was clear Carlos takes pride in his work, and he wanted me to be satisficed with the results. I am!
The cost of the cleaning was given upfront over the phone without any attempts to upsell once he got to my apartment, which is often the case with carpet cleaning.
Oh! Carlos also cleaned my floorboards! Incredible service.

Carlos and his wife were super professional, efficient, and detailed and just all around nice people. They made sure that everything was done with complete satisfaction. He definitely knows what he is doing and really cares what the finished product looks like. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future!

I absolutely loveeeee Carlos’s work. My house looks SPOTLESS! I have used his services twice. He literally shocked me every time and exceeded my expectations both times. Such a detail-oriented hard worker. He does not stop until he gets the job done to his satisfaction ( which is literally above mine). I have dealt with some cleaning companies who I felt like they are taking advantage of me. But with Carlos I feel so respected and taken care of. I have referred my family and they ALL love him. Call him you wont be disappointed!

We had Baymist Carpet Cleaning clean our wall to wall carpeting and to say we are very happy would be an understatement. We read a positive review on a neighborhood site and since we were in need of getting our carpets cleaned we decided to give Carlos a call...he arrived at the house on time he completed the job in a timely fashion and the carpets look fantastic...they look new! The price was so reasonable I couldn’t believe it. My suggestion to anyone in need of clean carpets please call Carlos @ Baymist. You won’t be disappointed! Best part? Carlos is a great guy!!!

Best company ever! Called for a carpet clean. Carlos came quickly was so professional. My house looks amazing!!! He worked so hard on our major stains that I did not thing he was able to get out. He is a true professional who knows what he’s doing. He also ended up rescuing my couch (which I was about to give away) it became brand new! I had no idea it was even possible. He also made a couple of my old rugs spotless and clean. I saved so much money by keeping all my favorite items! Thank you so much, you are the BEST!!!

Carlos was very quick and efficient when it came to cleaning my rugs. I called him in the afternoon, and he came with all the supplies shortly after. He had everything set up to clean in his van and cleaned my dirty area rugs on the driveway for about an hour or so. He was very fair with pricing and my rugs came out sparkling clean.
