Eddie did a great job installing a keypad on the garage door. He has obviously been in the business along time, and is very knowledgeable. In addition, he's a very friendly guy, and he was very flexible to work around my schedule. Highly recommended! Gem City Door was great! Called them late last night and left a message regarding some service needed. Was not expecting to hear back so soon. They got back to me this morning and was at my house around noon today to help me get the door fixed. I was extremely impressed! We will definitely being going back to Gem City with any garage door needs.

Worst experience, terrible experience, horrible work ethic. Now that the new garage door is installed improperly they won't return our mutiple phones calls to come back and install it correctly. The new door pulls to the left and is scrapping making a horrible nails on a chalk board sound, with a 1 + inch gap on the right.. More to come if they ever come back to fix it correctly....

Gem City came out and replaced my garage door opener. They have the best price in town by far and install great equipment, lift master. They are extremely punctual and kept me updated on arrival time. When they did arrive they got right to work and had my opener swapped out in less then an hour. Will definitely use this company again.

After trying two other companies quotes we have chosen GEM City Door as our garage door company.
If GEM City Door is not your garage door company, you need to re-think the possibilities.
Eddie and his team just installed my new doors and did an incredible job.
My old doors (14 years) were on ther last leg, we decided to just upgrade to newer doors instead of making costly repairs to the old ones. The new doors are so much quitter and much nicer to look at.
