Frustrating experience - I’ve tried to call many times over several weeks and during business hours. They’ve never picked up so I tried stopping by today and was greeted by this sign, which is fine, except they don’t answer the phone. Number is same as what is listed here on google. Worst, there were two people inside and they wouldn’t even come to the door. I was masked btw.

Called on Monday 9/21/20 to schedule an appointment they said Thursday 9/24/20 between 2-4. Guy apparently called on Thursday and said he couldn't leave a voicemail. Called never showed up on my end. Did he call a 2nd time, nope. Homeowner sat and waited between 2-4 and they never showed. This place doesn't want your business bad enough. Call Tony at Bridgestreet Glass and they'll take better care of you.

We hired A Service Glass to do the glass for our bathroom shower. The guys who came out to measure were quick and professional. Received a quote a few days later and placed our order. The glass came in right within the window they had told us and install was scheduled for 4 days later! They came today and installed the shower glass and it is incredible! Glen was very helpful. He didn't have the part I needed but was helpful in making suggestions as to how we can fix our window. In the end he was completely correct in saying the part we needed had fallen into the window frame and just needed to be shaken out. Would definitely go back for other glass/window issues.

My first move was to call to see if they could even handle what I needed. I got a representative on the phone right away. She was pleasant and recommended I bring my broken storm window to the shop. Told me that way they'd be able to make accurate assessment and estimate. She also told me it would probably take about 3 days to get the job done. No worry. I was referred to A Service Glass by a Lowe's associate when looking for doors to replace my glass that shattered. He said he's sent people there and no one has come back mad. My experience was just okay. Not great, but not bad. I was able to get a free estimate which I liked. But I had to call and remind them to give me the price. The lady that entered in my information keyed it in wrong twice which set my glass coming in and being installed by 3 weeks!!!! I was soooo upset because I told them this was an ASAP case because my front door had no glass allowing cold air and bugs to get in despite

Quick service. Received just what I asked for. Had a glass shelf in my refrigerator break and went here to have it replaced. I wasn't sure if they would be able to make it the exact size to fit the shelf. But they did it perfectly and it was ready the next day! I was expecting to wait a week or so. It was fairly inexpensive as well. Was very satisfied.
