We had a flood at the house due to a malfunctioning sprinkler head. I called Glacier Fire Protection that evening, and they had a technician at our house in Burien with the correct part the next morning. He replaced the part in no time, and our sprinkler system was back in operation within minutes. The technician was wearing a mask and observing all COVID protocols. Great work, great service great value! I highly recommend Glacier Fire Protection for any residential service you may need!

Can’t say enough great things about Jake and his team. Super responsive and came out right away to take a look and stop the leaking sprinkler in our attic. Yikes! Turns out a valve has failed in our home's Fire Sprinkler system and water is dripping inside the wall in the garage! The plumbers I called were not able to fix this type of system. Oh no! I call Glacier Fire Protection and a very friendly and professional lady reviews what they can do for me over the phone, I agree and they immediately send someone out. He looks it over thoroughly - inside, outside and under the house - and is quickly able to fix us right up. Before he leaves he walks me through what to do to once the repair has set. I'm so thrilled with my experience with Glacier Fire Protection that I'm writing the review below the job is fully complete. From the first call, service and communication has been transparent and prompt. Jake came out for what appeared to be a leaky sprinkler head on my four-year-old house, but when it turned out to be an issue with the pipe, he stayed late on a Friday night to replace everything and remove the damaged wall. Jake was a pleasure to work with. His installer showed up early, took care of the sprinklers we needed moved for our remodel project. And it was done faster than the time I was quoted. I just finished building my custom home in Pierce County, and part of the building requirements was a full residential sprinkler system.
