Northwest Fire System exceeded my expectations as they helped me resolve a time sensitive backflow testing issue. They responded promptly to investigate the issue and had the necessary service performed the next day! Additionally, they communicated with the water district on my behalf. JR did a great job setting up the service and Allec was prompt, communicative and considerate of the impact his work may have on our residents!
